Installing stickers

Peel and stick the instruction sticker directly above the toilet on wall.

If you have received a QR code survey sticker, please peel and place sticker on the back of stall door.

For unisex/family restrooms place the QR code survey sticker above the toilet paper dispenser.

Please do NOT stick stall sticker directly under a coat hanger where it can be blocked from view.

Commercial vs. residential
Washie Toilet Seat can be retrofitted onto all commercial toilet bowls, but may only be suitable for certain residential toilet bowls.

Must have a minimum of 2 inches of clearance between the tank and the seat
Washie Smart App
Washie Smart App monitors battery and cartridge levels in each seat. Conveniently exchange batteries and cartridges without manually checking each seat by installing the app:

Download the "Hygienekey" app on your phone.

Once downloaded, create your passcode.

Open the app when in proximity of seats. Seats will appear in the device list.
Care instructions

Do not powerwash or drench the seat with water as it may damage the electronics inside.

Do not use harsh chemicals as they may damage the seat.

Do not stand on the seat as it may cause cracks.

Do not use hard or abrasive tools as they may leave scratches.
