Installing stickers

  • Peel and stick the instruction sticker directly above the toilet on wall.

  • If you have received a QR Code Survey Sticker, please peel and place sticker on the back of stall door.

  • Please do NOT stick stall sticker directly under a coat hanger where it can be blocked from view.

  1. Download Hygienekey app on your phone.

  2. Once downloaded, create your passcode.

  3. Open the app when in proximity of seats. Seats will appear in the device list.

Cartridge life

Hygienekey monitors battery and cartridge levels in each seat. Conveniently exchange batteries and cartridges without manually checking each seat by installing the app:
