Installation usually takes less than 10 minutes per unit, depending on the number of toilets and your restroom layout. We schedule installations to minimize disruptions, often outside peak business hours.

Does Washie Toilet Seat fit on any standard toilet?

Yes, Washie is designed to fit most standard commercial toilet bowls. In rare cases, minor modifications may be required, but our installation team will assess compatibility beforehand.

Does Washie Toilet Seat fit residential toilets?

Accepted Answer

The seat may only be suitable for certain residential toilet bowls. There must be a minimum of 2 inches of clearance between the tank and the seat.

Is electrical or plumbing work required?

Washie comes with rechargeable batteries to run the sensor and cleaning mechanism. The cleaning fluid is housed in a cartridge system that doesn’t require direct plumbing.

Only briefly. We coordinate installation so it’s done stall by stall, minimizing downtime. If needed, we can schedule the work during off-peak hours or overnight.
